Assignment #2- Numbers

"37" Figured shadow puppets were fun. I probably should have used a tri-pod.

"20" white chocolate chips on the counter.

"27" classic playing cards

"29-Leap Day in Feb."- My beautiful girl leaping for leap day!

"4" Self explanatory

"75" calendar blocks the gals from work allowed me to use

"45" keys on my laptop

This lesson taught me to really think outside the box when it comes to photography and capturing emotion. I really enjoyed most of my 0-99 pictures, some I want to DELETE however.

The Cliche effect

1. The eyeball close up shot. Although this specific picture is supersized and out of focus, the concept remains the same; macro of the eyeball..seen one seen them all (pun intended). Also I am guilty of it too.

2. The duck in the pond. Example was given in class so I went with it. I can honestly say I am not guilty of similar photos.

3. The lone funky tree. You can find one of them pretty much. However I believe that if you see something similar to the lone tree views and it touches you emotionally or shares a story, I say it can't be wrong. I too am guilty of having captured such images and truthfully probably will continue to do so.

Assignment#1 Scavenger Hunt

I have grown found of this for one reason and one reason only, the distortion. This was taken while looking into my spotlight on my patrol vehicle. It was kind of a fluke cause I was looking for different angles and happened to glance into my spotlight and noticed the distortion. When I saw it, I loved the distortion but the spotlight was pretty dirty as you can tell. However, I took the picture anyway and and as the great Paul Harvey says; "and now you know the rest of the story".
